As expected, the favorites to win this competition are to battle it out in the final match, the finalists are Holland and Argentina and the match is to take place tomorrow night to determine who are the kings of the Diwaniya World Cup.

I have to give credit where credit is due, after posting about my personal experience with the dealership i was contacted by the company and they have expressed their discontent about the mentioned issue, they have explained to me the situation and have offered to correct the situation in the fastest and best possible manner, i would like to thank and commend them for their efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and i hope that all dealerships in Kuwait take this as an example of  of quality control and service.

We have recieved a number of emails asking us to extend the deadline for submitting your choice as to who will win the Diwaniya World Cup, it was decided to give you guys 24 more hours. The new deadline is midnight tonight, at midnight the comments section will not be updated.

Mojo and JMB (Cameroon) have already qualified to the semi finals.

Since we have 11 teams, it proved impossible to distribute them evenly in a knockout tournament. Therefore, some teams have to play one more game before reaching the final. There is nothing we can do about it so we let the draw determine who the lucky 5 teams are. The 5 teams with a shorter route to the finals are: Portugal, Holland, Brazil, Germany and Cameroon.

When the draw was made, it was obvious that teammates were immediately seen together, talking about possible players and tactics, other were even talking about arranging friendlies!

The World Cup Fever is hitting full steam in the 4th Ring!

Apparently, the World Cup mania is not enough for the diwaniya members who wanted to take it even one step further. Thus, the 4th Ring Diwaniya World Cup was born. The brainchild of our very own MS, this World Cup, sponsored by the good guys of Soccer Scene,  is to gather 22 4th Ring diwaniya members to fight it out in a knockout tournament by playing Winning Eleven 2010 on PS3. Since we have 22 contenders it was decided to pair them up into teams of two. This would also add to the excitement since we can now be sure to see some players blaming their teammates and having heated discussions during the game :D

To make sure that this tournament is organized in a fair way, we decided to hold a public draw with three pots, the first pot is to find who the teammates are, the second pot is to designate a team for the players and the third pot is to find who their opponents are.

The draw will be made tonight and we will post more updates tomorrow, but stay tuned because we have not forgotten you, our dear readers. You will have the chance to win one of three 2010 World Cup football shirts from our sponsors Soccer Scene!
