After visiting the Soccer Scene Store at the Avenues Mall, I’ve realized that there are numerous new collection of jersey’s from the English, Italian, Spanish , French, and Portuguese League.

Tomizawa a Japanese Moto2 rider was killed after losing control of his bike on the 15th lap of the San Marino Grand Prix, and got run over by two riders behind him. Its always sad to hear news of drivers dieing in races. Here is a video of the accident.

I’ve been whining about how in Kuwait we are trailing behind in motor sports. And that we have the best talent in the middle east in this field. But no recourses to exploit this talent. Well now our big break is here!

There is an excellent karting track on the sixth ring road. I’ve been there four times in Ramadan checking the progress, and it seems they are making good progress on the track and the track only. The rest of the place is pretty bad. Its literally a good track with no utilities pits or kart storage compartments. The tires outlining the track are old used tires that are poorly painted white and lighting is what you would find in a football field in an old farm in Abdily. Read more

As a fan of Ramadan football tournaments i was so impressed with the advancements made by the AlRoudan’s Organizers. They have certainly surpassed all expectations with this years showing. Imagine how the Kuwaiti League would turn out to be if those guys were to organize it. Anyway an example of what they have done is the tournaments website. It has been an exciting month and an even more exciting tournament filled with unexpected upsets and fabulous performances, but all good things must come to an end and as we draw the curtain on what has been a very successful tournament in the 4th Ring Road Diwaniya we would like to congratulate the reigning champions HOLLAND represented by MS & Saud R. for a tournament well played and crushing Argentina 3-1 in a heated contest where the favorites came out on top….
