i bought a jeep lexus, and alsayer claim they have a service where they pick up you car,service it and return it for a charge. i called on thursday and booked a pick up, they told me on Monday they will come by my house at 9am, guess what no one showed up. i called on Sunday to doubled check my issued appointment ,the operator gave an excuse lines are busy, I called on Monday got the same excuse,on Tuesday … u get the picture but bear in mind i called more than 20 times in total during the 4 days. I called yesterday and told them to transfer me to the complaint department,a person took my number and said ill have the manager call you asap, no one called. I called today to make a complaint the operator transferred me to head mechanic instead of head of the complaint department. this really saddens me that their service quality is as poor as my experience. please share your experience and thoughts on what i should do.

    Send an email to ‘Lexus’ Dubai or Middle East;and if you can CC ‘Lexus’ Japan.

    This will do the work for you, and teach them a lesson on how to never disrespect their customers again.

    i also have a lexus car and believe me their service sucks .they always tell u something and they never do it or be late . you should go to them and talk in anger they should feel like u threaten them say if u dont pick my car i am gonna complain to lexus dubai and talk shit about their service and dont hesitate and let them lie to u or convince u of something else then they will definitly shake of fear of u and will help because ( ma yaboonik e6ayi7 qemat.hom wetsabib mashakil 7g enaas ba3ad ;p )

    ya jama3a we are know this has always been the issue with all dealers yuba il Kuwait ma feeha after sale service, customer service is bad in every car, air, tech, health department every where lacks good service we all have been in situation where they say we will call to confirm or call to check and no one calls… unless its a new bus which with time becomes big and tend to screw up and be like the rest….

    I have to disagree with you, I have had nothing but good service from Infiniti, they have your car ready when they tell it’s going to be ready, they sms you when the car is ready for pick up and they call you 2 days later asking for feedback regarding your service center experience.

    If I was going to complain, my only complaint is that they don’t have the pick up service which is no big deal, since they have a car/driver to drive back to work or home

    thankx guys for ur feed back, i will email them. the funny part is why market their campaign of best service quality in kuwait if it isint true? try calling 1803803 and ask to transfer to any dep , garage sales ect…. the answer ull get is lines are busy take their ext and call back …. try calling extensions NO answer. its a joke

    First of all DO NOT match the bad quality of service you got from Lexus (Al Sayer), to TATA. Are you so sadly misinformed to mention something like this one you blog? Are you also so blatantly unaware of the fact that TATA is one of the best global companies and ‘the’ biggest business house in India. Why don’t you get off your lazy ass and go complain at Al Sayer personally. Walk into the Chairman’s office and pour your heart out. Just because I drive a Lexus, I’m too good for you????? Get a life!

    I never expected 4thringroad to sink so low as to write an article like this we all know that the boys at 4thringroad are lets say connected to Nissan / Infinity… some of the writers might not be the owners of the dealership but close friends. Anyway we all have bad experience at some places but to ask everyone to add their bad experiences that’s very dirty. I am very disappointed in what i have just seen. If you would like im sure i can get complaints on other dealerships in Kuwait… lets just say that there is always the good and sometime bad. BTW i have no problem with Nissan great cars.

    I have been with alsaye (my GS Lexus) for 11 years and i had my ups and downs with them but overall i think they are good not excellent.

    As bo 3loom sad they are good but there are stick up now :P

    Dear All,so far i read all the above emotions, but why don’t u c other side of the coin as well
    It is not a defend but should be a practical approach if u buy a luxury car like one of “Lexus Kind” behave like lexus standards, and expect to respond in a same manner, dont expect humans to do impossible and magic!!! Unrealistic expectations will give disappointment, Pls plan schedules for needs pertaining to ur vehicle & then feed ur expert comments.Also handling tons of loads and few handfull scanty pick will always results in different levels of satisfaction”Bare In Mind”

    What is Kuwait coming too, we cannot criticize a car dealership….? VW service under al ghanim is wonderful and a delight… Behbehani VW is terrible. Nissan has an excellent service record. Al bisher Mercedes is a crook and in my opinion a thief. Mulla crysler asleee. GMC ghanim is good. BMW half half, sometimes good sometimes shitty. Volvo the best car and service. LADA, who cares, if it breaks down you just throw it away and by a new one. Toyota very good service quality.

    If no, then how can compare your bad service problem of Lexus to Tata?

    Paul in regard to your posted comment, Tata group is one of the most respected companies worldwide, if you would of read the comments b4 posting you would of read that we are talking about Tata vehicle not the group, when it comes to their vehicle the concept is simple, low cost low quality extra charges for everything else, making affordable means of transportation. when comparing a luxury brand with a low add on service such as tata, thats whats being mentioned in this post.
    PINGWING , i can feel the grudge :)

    Why everybody is trying to tell 1000 times about TATA let them make space ship we don’t mind but be realistic that they are cheap, having low standard all over the world, you can not compare products of an average company with tata because they just make to gain statistics not standard. surely most of the indians will not like it but sorry this is fact.
