I have to give credit where credit is due, after posting about my personal experience with the dealership i was contacted by the company and they have expressed their discontent about the mentioned issue, they have explained to me the situation and have offered to correct the situation in the fastest and best possible manner, i would like to thank and commend them for their efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and i hope that all dealerships in Kuwait take this as an example of  of quality control and service.

    This is NOT an example of quality control and service. This is them scared witless of the comment in your post telling you to contact the mother company. Otherwise they would have simply ignored your complaints. Ma eyoon ila bil 3ain il 7amraa.

    An excellent example of quality would be if they had responded to your FIRST complaint and compensated you for the mistake they did.

    I wish this would reflected my situation with GHANIM garage I had to sell my pretty Cadillac due the lack of services (ya3ny aye kalam) the worse I ever had experienced in my life, always check the service garage before you decide to purchase an automobile.

    This is not a wow situation. They are joking with you as they joke with other customers. Temporary pleasing phase. This will happen again. And you will write about them again :) It’s their everday business.

    they apologized for missing my appointment and told me that lexus dubai called them on the matter, in regards i got a pickup/drop off fre of charge with an apology letter. thats what i call a swift response. this post only made them stronge

    No need to get all hyped and optimistic about this, the only reason they helped you and dealt with your problem accordingly is because you have a blog, where everyone reads the awful truth about Lexus’s customer service, if you didn’t post this you would still be calling right now screaming with fury.
