A few minutes ago, I went to the 4th Ring Road gas station, in Qortuba. I decided to pass by the small ATM branch conveniently located there only to find that the machine is out of service.
I know that usually some ATM machines go out of service from time to time but now i guess it’s a bit different. The last time I went there, about a month ago, I still saw that the machine was out of service. I’m not sure if the ATM was out of service for nearly a month or if it was fixed and then broke down again.
Due to the machine’s prime location, I bet that many other customers have left empty handed and I really hope that NBK could fix it, especially if it really has been out of service for nearly a month.

Not muchhope with the call center. Most are interns aw yahalo who repeat what they read on the screen to you. Urgh!

the atm there is NOT NBK ATM , it is for K-NET company, there is a difference, NBK is the sponsor for that ATM thats why u see thier logo’s there.
