No… the title is NOT misspelt.
I just got this… check it out and be the judge:
This is the official letter-head from Al Awqaf and at first glance it looks tidy and professional.
I was intrigued by the yellow highlight at the bottom and this is what I found:
Apparently, Kuwait has a Pubic Foundation that we don’t know of… now I know what they mean when some MPs say Kuwait has an underground government!
I bet the Awqaf printers spewed thousands of copies with the same typo!
