One of the dishes i really enjoy cookin because its so challengin. I dont follow one recipe i only prepare the basics and let my skills guide me to the end ;)

How to cook it?

Two cups of risotto rice, Olive oil (1 and half tablespoons), Butter (1knob now thats challengin ;P), chopped onions, chopped garllic, beef stock (1ltr.) and slices of beef. In ur pot add the olive oil and butter together untill the butter milt and mix then add the onions and garllic let them fry on low fire for around 10min. Add ur risotto stir it with the mix and let it fry for another 5min. then start adding the beef stock turn down the heat and keep stirring add another ladles of stock and stir untill the rice comes soft this will take 15 to 25min. max .. make sure to rest it for 5min. minutes before serving

On another pan add some butter till it fills the pan surface fry ur slices of steak with pinch of salt and black pepper

    All ur food looks the same 2 me!!!! that plate really does not have anything special about it! I actually wouldnt be caught dead eating it!! Id rather have subway from manchester!!

    I cook the beef with the risotto, cut them into small pieces and add little bit of spices :)

    risotto..me love risotto…but had loads of over cooked risotto incidents…now i do better :) i make this sea food mix risotto inspried by Giada off course :) my sister really loves it :)

    Zwaiz I have a question are u an actual chef? because the title chef is something only talented cooks with experience and that have studied in culinary schools learning the art of creating great dishes. The food u r cooking is very basic and the pics look unappetizing to say the least. In my opinion the risotto looks like it was emptied out of a can and put in a microwave.

If ur complainnin about how my food looks like just show me wut u got? More than once I posted that wut I post here is wut I really cook on a daily bases .. Plus I hate canned food and I don’t eat it at all if it wasn’t cooked by me why bother postin ;)

    But one request please? Run your paragraph through the Microsoft Word spell checker, its quite irritating to read a recipe with so many mistakes!

    Mmmm that looks really good.
    I love cooking risotto, try adding single cream to it while simmering the risotto. add my secret ingredient (black loomi powder) and yum, it’ll give the taste a booooost

    the beef looks so tender and perfect. just try not to add salt to it while cooking, because salt makes the beef/meat chewy and not tender. add it after cooking, some coarse salt maybe.
